After being a patient at this dental office for 10 years, I never expected to end my relationship with them under these circumstances. Be very cautious before scheduling an appointment here. My experience felt like a classic bait-and-switch. This office advertises a new patient special that includes a cleaning and X-rays. When I scheduled my appointment, I was specifically told that I would receive a cleaning, along with an explanation of any additional dental work that might be needed.
