My experience here has always been top-notch! Jason, the manager, is very knowledgeable when it comes to my insurance. Dr. Jay was very nice and caring, and she explained all of my treatment in a way that I was able to understand everything clearly. Daniel, the hygienist, was very gentle and made me feel super comfortable. Marcella came in to go over my treatment with me, the prices, and answer any financial questions I had. Called the office and requested my X-RAYS multiple times and never received what I requested. Even my new dental office called several times to request my documents/X-RAYS and they didn’t send anything over. It’s been weeks and I still never received anything. When I called they never answered the phone. I had to call multiple times and hit the line to say I was a new patient before they even answered me. People that answer the phone are rude and not helpful. Maybe contacting corporate will help to get things done.
Grateful for Mission Lakes Dental and all their employees. They are quick to respond, informative, helpful and a joy to speak with. The office is beautiful, clean and in a convenient location/parking lot. The staff and doctor makes sure to inform you on every single step of the process, and also gives you the bill before any work is done.
