Yesterday was my first visit to Mission Lakes Dental Care and they DID NOT disappoint. All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. Their facility is very clean and equipped with state of the art technology. This office does a great job of making patients feel comfortable. I think Dr J is a star in her field, excellent communication skills, pleasant personality. However, after going through the consultation and putting my treatment plan together....The communication around my cost and insurance coverage with office staff got a little fuzzy! Simple billing codes were double billed to me and my insurance carrier. I was told my insurance carrier denied a portion of my initial claim and I was responsible for additional cost.
