Came in for a walk in labret piercing, Jake was super clean, professional, meticulous. He made sure to answer all of my questions beforehand to ease any unnecessary anxiety and the whole process was over super quickly! 10/10 would go again
Ariel is a great artist! She made me very comfortable and the price was good.
I was having a hard time getting the door open to the shop today, there was a lady inside and I pointed to the door to ask if she could let me in and then in a very rude attitude she says the door is open. So I just left. I planned on getting a piercing here but I will not be coming back. It costs nothing to be nice.
Updated review in 2025: I went back to Mission Ink for a new ear piercing since my last one wasn’t spaced the way I wanted. The piercer understood right away, and the new piercing was quick and turned out great. A few weeks in, the healing process is going smoothly, which I attribute to the piercer's skill. What made the experience less positive was the feedback I got. I was told my old piercing was done by a “low-quality piercer” with “low-quality earrings,” even though I had it done at Mission Ink.
