The last 2 and a half years of my mom's life were dramatically improved with the help of this agency. Ultimately she was able to stay in her own apartment. At the end, when we needed hospice care, they provided everything and were available 100%.
If you are able to go with another company do so! Just had a nurse come to recertify my mom and her equipment was filthy. The blood pressure cuff was full of hair and it was mine. The nurse didn't know anything about me and didn't look at my health notes and asked the most stupid questions that a cancer patient doesn't need to constantly repeat. The state needs to investigate them. They will make you sign documents changing what you want to what Mission wants. They will discuss your care without those who you give permission... read more
In November 2023 someone from Mission came to my house so we could start the process of Mission being my home healthcare provider. She made me sign documents without allowing me to read what I was signing or even explaining what the documents were. Those documents that I signed gave Mission to ask the doctor to change my DNR and also contact my doctor without my permission. I have yet to know what else I unknowingly gave permission for. I am seriously considering legal action against this company. I’m looking at other compan... read more
