ben is amazing! he works quickly, efficiently & is extremely communicative. 10/10 highly recommend!
Benjamin and his staff were so kind and thorough. They took my car in.at the last minute and as promised, returned it to me the very next day Benjamin was excellent in his analysis and diagnosis of my vehicle. It’s running like brand new.. I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants a great mechanic and greatly admired for his good work !
Reported Ben to B.A.R.. Poor quality work & disrespectfully misspelled my name at least twice. Took off on vacation for 2 weeks shortly after I paid him. I gave him latitude on repairing my vehicle (with him for a month) and yet told me vehicle was ready for pickup at his own pace. When I tried to coordinate pickup, he was suddenly unavailable after speaking with him less than 30 minutes before. I highly recommend this mechanic shop! The team is incredibly professional and honest. They clearly explained all the repairs needed, provided a transparent quote, and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services. The work was done efficiently and correctly. It's a huge relief to find a mechanic I can trust completely.
