These apartments are very expensive. They have raised my rent over the last 12 months $400. The office staff is nice but one hand doesn't seem to know what the other is doing. The grounds are well-kept to a certain point, however there are probably about $300 dogs in here and not everyone picks up there dog waste. I give this low rating because of the massive rent increases they've been doing since covid.
Parking is horrible might as well be a junkyard cars have flats for years and some cars don't even move as if they have been abandoned
