Mission Hills is truly a hidden gem. The staff here are incredible! Especially Chloe , who personally made my move in process a breeze ! She’s friendly, responsive, and always going above and beyond to ensure my family and I are settling in our new home. DO NOT PUT A DEPOSIT HERE! They will not give you your money back. Four different stories have been told to me. The parent company is ES Ring. The rates of the apartments fluctuates daily. Buyer beware! Attorney is next.
We had a great experience when we first moved in, maintenance was always very timely, unfortunately our pool heater was shut off because they didn’t want to pay to keep it on in the colder months which we thought was pretty ridiculous. Decent place to live If you’re not a car/truck motorcycle enthusiacst otherwise stay clear and far away from the area . One certain cop likes to give tenants a hard time (old crown Victoria cop ) . Verified by multiple tenants. Lifted truck nope! Lowered car nope! Bike a little too loud nope! Have a nice exhaust in your car that’s a no! Maybe management can do something about it . Cause it’s definitely going to drive current tenants away . If you like to get profiled come right in, feel at home .
