Been here since April since then there has been a Murder and the apartment refuses to clean up the neighbors door that the victim went to , to ask for help. The Cops tore a patio up serving a warrent with shots fired. And the break in are plenty. And the water get cut off atleast once a month. Its butterlies and rainbows when they give you a tour a soon a you sign. The staff forgets about you and treat u like youre bugging them . I didnt even get the same apartment they showed me. Very hard to get in touch with, was not able to get to my apartment because the area is gated, which is a plus in ABQ, but no one I called 5 times that day at different times both to get assistance/the ability to enter as well as to reschedule and received no answer

Cat was stock on roof and maintenance refused to help. Left cat to die on a Sunday.
