Mission hill es un lugar fabuloso, cuando algo se rompe mantenimiento lo repara enseguida y el personal de la oficina son muy amables. 100% recomendable!

Lived here for several years. AC was not working properly for 2 summers only refilling the freon every couple weeks instead of fixing.it. terrible community environment. This place never felt like home and noise complaints were never addressed. For your sanity do not live here. Its cheap but not worth all the troubles you'll have. Plus the units are outdated and your still spending close to $1000 a month for a terrible.community.
Do not apply. From what I have seen on the reviews and what I experienced I can say they will deny anyone on a whim. I was needing to move in before the end of the month and I applied 2 weeks in advanced but that still didn’t seem like ample time. Every time I called to check on my application I was treated like a nuisance. When I was denied the reason they gave me over the phone was due to rental history even though I have no prior evictions nor do I owe any landlords anything. We had an incredibly unfortunate experience trying to make Mission Hill our new home in Albuquerque, and I'd like to share that experience for anyone else planning an out-of-state move. I want to acknowledge that things felt off from the beginning once they had our deposit and fees: difficult to get ahold of the leasing office (we had one specific agent), inconsistent emails, callbacks never happening, information requested vaguely or incorrectly, etc. We gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking it's simply a busy comple... read more
