I took my mom here recently because she had wrist pain and to us we didn’t considered it as an emergency like other cases. We did arrive there at 7 pm. But the admin assistant asked if we had an appointment. Never in my life I would think we needed an appointment. She redirected us to mission viejo because they close later. But by the time we got there they were closed too. I was very disappointed.

What a terrific experience taking mom to Mission Heritage Medical Group on LA Paz in Laguna Niguel. The office staff were professional, friendly, efficient and welcoming. Avalon, Dr. Shin's assistant, called us to the back and what an amazingly friendly, professional, thorough and caring person. WHAT A CARING THOUGHTFUL GROUP OF STAFF - WENT TODAY- THEY WERE SO THROUGH I CAN/T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS GROUP
Tried calling to make an appointment as a first time patient with my new primary care physician, the girl I talked to was not helpful at all. She insisted that my new doctor was not accepting any new patients despite my insurance already approving it, and exclaimed "well, it won't go through on our side". She pretty much told me I was out of luck, and couldn't schedule any appointments with any other doctors until next year. She gave no additional suggestions or support on what I could do next. Horrible customer service!
