Very unprofessional comments were made to a patient by one of their home health therapists . The home PT told a stroke patient that skilled nursing rehab facilities will just “ let the patient sit in a wheelchair all day and do nothing”. UNTRUE and unethical . I’m a PT in a SNF rehab and we see the patient 6 days per week for up to an hour. Home PT? Hmmm well , 2 times a week for MAYBE an hour. They are greedy and lying to patients and families that are in desperate situations.

This is an incredible group of professionals, the clinical and operational staff work so hard to provide the best care absolutions possible. I have seen first hand the dedication this office has in making sure our clients are taken care of. They are a family that takes care of families!
Misrepresentation to pressure patient into PT services
I absolutely loved my physical therapist Andrew. He truly cares about his patients and is just a wonderful kind man. He has helped me tremendously during my rehab of my knee replacement. He is a tremendous asset to Mission Healthcare so thank you for having such a caring, educated and compassionate physical therapist.
