Very unprofessional. First, the phone was answered with just a hello. No no acknowledgement of the business. The I was placed on hold for a long time. The guy who answered the phone was rude, and opened with what do you need. I felt as if I was holding him up for something. Keep I'm mind that I was the one placed on hold. When I asked to get a quote, he sighed and just put me on hold again. Maybe he was having a bad day, or he thought I was someone else. Either way, it was poor customer service.
