TLDR; AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE -- I don't know how they have the rating they do. To start, as of 1.15.2024, it is day FOUR, that I and the other residents in building 1 cannot use our own toilets due to a backup that occurred on the twelfth. The issue being with so many residences should’ve been classified as an emergency and dealt with or at least genuinely triaged on Saturday. Arrive is the best building in the area . Such a tall outstanding perfect views from any direction. The 22 floor has a lot of amenities chef kitchen pool table all I can say is wow!!! The sky lounge is great the building is close to everything. I was visiting my friends and the senior maintenance manager Van was very knowledgeable of the building and direct us . The office was nice . I really enjoy seeing this building and the building history. Thank you
I had to wait 3 hours to get my keys to move in because they didn't have anyone working. They don't respond to maintenance requests timely. No one ever answers the office phone or reaches back out if you leave a voicemail. Bug problem in apartments and they don't clean before you move in. I also had water damage and they didn't fix it. They just painted over it.
This apartment complex is going completely downhill. The current community manager is absolutely awful, spiteful and a bully. The staff used to be excellent, yet I can see their morale is sinking too under this leadership. This community has become dangerous, look around carefully before you rent here! There was recently a shooting on the property, not sure if anyone died or not, but it happened. I raised two issues, regarding the mail room and the laundry room, as they were in absolute disarray.
