Very friendly people, great activities, but the place is old and run down, need to tear down the club house and the pool room as it is in very poor shape, roads running all around the park and heavy traffic all the times, dogs barking I would not come here again, I have Been in other parks which are much nicer in the valley and with less traffic
My husband and I stayed at Mission Gardens all last winter. It was the fourth winter that we spent in south texas. Every park that we stayed at in past winters was very nice, but Mission Gardens is our favorite. The park is very clean and well kept, the other guests are wonderful, and the staff is very helpful. Our children (all grown and grey now) are joining us at Mission Gardens next winter.
What a wonderful resort. The managers are excellent and I love all of the activities. I have made so many new friends here and just love it. Next year my husband and I are going to move down here full time.
