Very rude and unprofessional leasing agents, constant attitude dealing with tenants/ potential tenants and constant snarky remarks. Overall unhelpful answering questions. Pool listed as an amenity but there is no pool a few of the buildings seem to be under construction or abandoned with no signs of being fixed, lots of potholes at the entrances. Current tenants say leasing agents constantly threatening to terminate leases due to non existent "violations".

DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!!! neighbors are noisy you have no privacy and either the landlord or the neighbors harass you and if you have kids that are biracial its worse. This is not a mixed cultured community which made it hard for my family to live here I have had the police called on me by my landlord because she wanted to have my company arrested for trespassing when the cop told her as long as the lease holder is here my company can be here now she wants to terminate my lease because she got in her feelings.
