I usually don't write reviews but I feel like I would be doing an injustice to not share my disdain for this apartment complex. The management is negligent, I have now reported a ceiling that is falling in 8xs and nobody has come to do anything about it. All I have received is excuse after excuse as for why it can not be done. I have a 5 month old baby and am fearful that this ceiling will cave in on our heads every time I leave my apartment. It is unreal the lack of care they display. Looks like I will be calling the cobb c... read more
Most people start their review by listing the problems with the apartment complex or their apartment in general. I'm going to start by saying something positive which is... you don't have to move into this place. Its been a bad experience horrible really. I think this complex just wants to meet its quota and keep residents in rotation because everything about the place is bad. one of the worst places to stay in Cobb County, should be free to live... before moving talking to residence... look at the swimming pool that's how it look year round, look at the tennis court, that's how it always look. Please judge that book by its cover. The people that work the property they try the best can that's why i gave it a star, just 1 star
