The Ruth ( lady with glasses) worker is very nice and helpful but they are very short staffed in the parts department. I had to wait 30 plus minutes to pick up a part and now I’m here trying to return the part and there’s three people ahead of me… if there were two workers, we wouldn’t have to spend so much time waiting.
I purchased a used vehicle that I assumed was certified being they approved a finance for this vehicle. Drove the vehicle off lot, and heard some whistling nose. I notified my sales man who told me to bring it in but was unsure if they would fix the issue. Speeding up, I took the vehicle to a muffler shop, who showed me that the muffler needs some work, such as a hanger or bracket. I had a chance to get my Ford Explorer Sport serviced at this dealership by their technicians. I’m very pleased with the results. My truck rides like it came off the assembly line again. Blake in the service department was awesome. Professional, respectful, honest, and great customer service. Because of that experience this will be the only shop I’ll take my vehicle for maintenance.
