Mission Fit is the best all around gym on Long Island! From group fitness to personal training and nutritional counseling. It’s a non corporate no commitment gym! The staff and its members are more like family and so supportive! No judgement and plenty of encouragement! For me, it’s my happy place and my therapy! We truly welcome everyone! My home away from home!
This was my first time joining a smaller gym, and it has not disappointed. It's been one of the best decisions I've made for my body and overall health. The Personal training offers a ton of support and encouragement, and the classes are motivating and upbeat. Its amazing to be part of a place where everyone is there for the same reason and makes you feel like family.
I cannot say enough positive things about Mission Fit. It truly feels like a family. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. All of the instructors/trainers are incredible, positive and motivating. Classes are so fun and an amazing workout! My workout is always the best part of my day and I leave in a better mood. I love Mission Fit!!!
Mission Fit has truly become one of my favorite places. The trainers are amazing, the classes are challenging and fun, the vibe is incredible, and the support from all the women is something special. After my old gym closed I was looking for another group fitness class and I’m so glad I came across Mission Fit! No hidden fees, no trainers constantly pushing you OVER your limits, more importantly it’s a women owned business!! I definitely recommend Mission Fit for anyone that’s looking for a community that empowers them!!
