Poor customer service – They came and took a look at my property to estimate a mason and iron fence. After 8 business days of calling and waiting, with no call backs, I was told that they "just couldn't get to the estimate today and I might as well use another contractor." I guess this company is so full of business they can just leave prospective customers hanging and decline the business of an $8,000-10,000 job. A TOTAL NO-SHOW – I went to Mission Fence to get an estimate on building a new fence, and they hung me out to dry. Not only did they fail to show up on the day we had scheduled, they didn't even have the courtesy to call me to tell me they were too busy. I had to call them twice, only to be told they could reschedule me in two weeks. TWO WEEKS?? Really, Mission Fence?? That's your idea of customer service?? I schedule an appointment days in advance, take time off from work, set aside the entire day, and you just blow me off?... read more
