Dr. Chu will not allow me to order my contacts. I try to reach out to her, but she has blocked my phone calls.
Dr. Cho would not provide me with my prescription or take my phone calls. Dr. Cho does not provide quality patient care.
Great! I love Dr. Chu. She's the best and most through eye doctor I've been to. Most other places are very quick about their exams, but it seems that Dr. Chu tests for everything. She's also very patient when i wanted to try on 50 different pairs of trial contacts to get just the right color. I would recommend her. She also a very nice person and makes you feel at ease.
Horrible I dislike dr. chu, and mission eyecare optometry in general. They tested my vision and they gave me a prescription HIGHER than what it was supposed to be. (Any good optometrist knows that it is always safer to go on the lower side when giving a prescription, about .5 less is the best). Not only did she completely mess this up, but we were also coerced into buying a full years set of contact lenses. This means that we are stuck with her for a full year, as these contacts cant be returned, only exchanged for a differe... read more
Rude Optometrist The optometrist I had, an Asian woman, was very rude to me. She acted like I was stupid and gave me a lot of unwarranted attitude. I refuse to go back here. the only good things about this place is that it is clean and professional looking inside. The assistants were nice. Small selection of glasses.
