Placed an order in mid March,, no delivery , no response to any emails... From other reviews, it might be a 'great place to work', but I'm afraid it has to be the worst customer service from a US company I've experienced.. Go figure?? What did I do wrong? A simple ' have your order,, 3-4 weeks expected',, or similar. I don't even know if my emails/money went to a scam site?
My husband ordered a pedal 10/2025 and after 5 months he has still not received his order or a call back. He has called multiple times, sent 7 emails, and messaged on social media. It was a $200 order and you would think after this many attempts he would have gotten a resolution. Please help- order number 301141. Thanks!
