I’ve been a resident at Mission EaglePointe since July 2016. The management staff and maintenance staff are awesome! I really haven’t had any issues with anything. I’ve only made a few maintenance calls and they were handled quickly and staff was always pleasant. I’ve attended a few of the Mission Eagle Pointe Resident Events and had a great time and even won a $50 Visa Gift Card! I have great neighbors all around above and below! I experienced the same issue as Joy regarding the discounts and promises that were not fulfilled, and I decided to let that go. However, since moving in, I have been dealing with a problem with the washing machine, which was one of the main reasons I chose this apartment. It has not been fixed yet, and it has now been a month without being able to do my laundry. Update. They replaced my laundry machine, and the problem was completely fixed. I had a lease here for 2 years. As I was leaving, I returned my keys 2 days early because the day that my lease ended, which was May 25th, was Memorial Day. So they were already saying, they weren't going to be in office. And then the day I turned my keys in was that Friday because it was going to be the weekend. So I wanted to turn it in, and since everything was mostly out of the apartment, I gave them the key. it could have been better, some of the new apartments have plumbing issues and the windows don’t seal when it rains, pool on phase II is also always dirty. maintenance and parker are cool though
