We left our bikes next to out steps and a few weeks later they were gone! We told them about it but they did seem to care. And also we found cockroaches and bugs.
We have been here 4 months now and love the location and peaceful neighborhood. There have been no disturbances and it is very family friendly. It is an older complex but our unit was clean and the maintenance has filled every request we had very promptly. Love the playground for my kids and gym. The events they host are wonderful and get you to meet some neighbors which I love! Great location!!
I rarely leave reviews, but I genuinely hope this one saves someone else from going through what I did. After a death in my immediate family, I had to relocate back home. I contacted the leasing office hoping for even a shred of empathy or flexibility. What I got instead was cold, scripted responses and an absolute refusal to work with me in any meaningful way.
