Nasty and infested with mold and critters! Not just bugs, but we also saw a mouse! Me and my daughter removed from out of town and we’re urgently looking for a nice place to stay and La Shea worked hard to get us into the apartment but when I finally saw it, it was absolutely disgusting and I never lived there. I ended up having to stay in a hotel for several days before we decided to not take the apartment because every time we went back to it there were more bugs after they said they cleaned. Showed up for a 5pm tour at 4:51pm. The fiance and I were greeted by a staff member and we informed them we had an appointment to tour a 1 bedroom unit. After sitting down and giving them my name, she informed us, that the golf cart was no longer working and weren't giving tours anymore. I asked if we could walk to one, and was told "No, Sorry." My fiance and I have been looking for apartments for a couple months now and we looked forward to this appointment. Clearly, it isn't meant to be. We will go somewhere else.
I’ve really enjoyed living at this community! The apartments are well-kept and very welcoming. What really sets this place apart is the manager LaShaye and maintenance team! They’re approachable, professional, and genuinely care about the community. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed something, they’ve been quick to respond and super helpful.
