Lived there for 5 years and come my renewal they wanted me to pay $150 more than the current market rate. My apartment wasn’t even upgraded yet they wanted me to pay over current rates for a 1 bedroom. Place is quiet and no bugs but they obviously don’t value a resident that lived there since before covid. $150 for a garage is pretty crazy too.
I want to thank Abisay, Allen, Joey, JonMark, Ellie, Darrell, Atilio, and Danny for the excellent attention to detail and amazing care for the community and my family.. The whole team is amazing!!!
Lived here for about 3 months and it has gotten worse every single month. There is severe mold growing around the windows due to poor insulation and sealing. Management refused to take responsibility and instead blamed me for something completely out of my control. The mold has caused serious health issues, and all they did was spray paint over it without cleaning or fixing the problem. No professional inspection, no real remediation, just covered it up. It’s been years since living here but I hated this place! If I even stepped out of the bed, my downstairs neighbor would put in a noise complaint. They put a noise complaint on me when I was out of state once && once while I was at work. Couldn’t wait to tell the office “we’re NOT even THERE.” I didn’t weigh a lot && had to tiptoe around. Front office just believed them without a doubt. Stayed one year && we left. 1year too long
Attended the make your pumpkin event today. Free pumpkins, tools to carve or decorate. My granddaughter was very pleased and the office staff did a fantastic job decorating for Halloween.
