I've been here for a little over a year and it has been a great experience. We've had a couple minor issues but maintenance was out to fix them within a day or two. Our ac unit started making a loud noise at 9pm and they had it fixed by 11pm the same night, which was impressive. I was expecting to deal with it the next day but woke up to an email of it being completed. It's a nice little community and the residents here are all friendly. Do not move here. I’ve been living in this apartment complex for the past 3 years, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. There are constant problems with cockroaches, and the pest control service is completely ineffective. My bathroom sink has been broken for a long time and still hasn’t been fixed. The fire alarms go off randomly during the night due to a system failure, waking everyone up and making it hard to sleep. Mission Eagle Pointe is a warm community of people in lovely apartments nestled in a fantastic location right near everything you could need in Allen. They have excellent staff. I love living here!
