I went to Mission Dental Group for a lower premolar filling on Feb 10, 2026 with Dr. Rosa Marie Ordonez. The visit was because a prior filling had come out while flossing. As a concerned patient, I asked for basic guidance on proper flossing technique so I could avoid this happening again. Dr. Ordonez refused and said that kind of education is “usually for cleanings” and that I should schedule one instead. That felt dismissive given it was directly related to why I was there.
