I was so grateful that my dentist took the time to contact me to recommend this office because I am on PWD. This means I receive $1000 every two years for dental. I called the office to confirm that they take patients with disability before I booked. I waited a few months to get in. My appointment was March 4th. Been going to see Dr Chow for many years and he is fantastic. He did a really good job on my root canal. Would highly recommend.
Honestly only giving one star because the dentist did help me get some pain meds after charging me for an xray. My main issue is with one of the receptionists. Never have a met a more rude or less compassionate person. She wouldn't let me see any doctor days later when i came back and took it in her own hands to reject giving me more pain meds. Since when does a receptionist have authority over the doctor? She also tried to gaslight me by saying i must have written the wrong phone number down in some woozy, pain filled state... read more
