Exceptional customer service was provided by technician Clint Bremner, he was so friendly and very thorough. He also took extra care not to track in wet leaves by covering his boots each time he entered our home which was so nice! We really appreciate Mission Critical’s whole team, they are the best!

Fantastic company with an amazing team! They fixed my hvac in February and I signed up for the maintenance plan, which was smart, since my ac went out in September. Dee got me on the schedule and Dustin came the same day. The next day Z and David showed up early and had a new system installed almost before lunch. The day after that Willie and Ken stopped to make sure everything was working (it was, perfectly) and make sure I didn’t have any questions. Top notch professionals and I absolutely recommend the maintenance plan!
We’ve used Mission Critical HVAC for quite a few years now and have always been happy. Today my son had to have them come out to check his home HVAC unit because it had shutdown! I was there to help navigate the appt since my son was working. We all were very nervous because the home and unit is older. We are very grateful that Dustin discovered and repaired the problem by replacing the thermostat!
