Two years of headaches! Finally had to seek resolution with the BBB for lack of fulfillment of the contracted work.
Tim and his crew were very professional and courteous. I had them install an egress window in my foundation. They did a great job at the install and did it quickly. Will hire again for more home remodeling.
Working with Mission Creek has been a great experience! Mission Creek's workers are positive and do quality work. If I had any concerns they were right on top of getting things how I liked to see them. I highly recommend this contractor.
I have used Tim and Co for many projects. The last one they converted a two stall tuck under garage into two bedrooms. My main concern was that it didn't look like it had been converted. I wanted it to look like it was part of the original house. They did great job. I'll hire them again for the next project.
No call back after 3 calls for two weeks. I keep leaving messages and the receptionist says I will hear from someone in 30min-1hr. Bad customer service!!
