Very poorly run HOA and property management company, Optimum! People are allowed to leave bags of garbage outside their homes without any repercussions...resulting in a growing rat population. Further, smoking on decks and patios is outrageous and out of control...even if you don't smoke your condominium will smell like somebody just smoked a cigarette or marijuana in your home, compromising your family's and your health! If your air conditioning unit breaks down it takes you at LEAST 2 weeks to fix it (because the architectures have to aporove it)i n an area where you reach 90% plus almost daily....
