5 Star : My Experience Cumberland Mtn Collision did a great job repairing our Jeep after being hit by a deer. This was our second repair with them in 6 months after my wife was hit this summer. Both repairs have been top notch. They also did a fantastic job detailing it making it look new again! All of the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and follow up communication is great. 5 Star : My Experience At first we had a little trouble with the ins. but we hung in there and Tracy made sure everything was taken care of. All of the work this shop did and the customer service was above and beyond. Definitely recommend and will use again if need be in future.
