My elderly parents recently contracted with this company for fumigation services, and the experience has been a nightmare. Upon returning home, they discovered 50 or more broken, missing, and displaced roof tiles. Now a roof leak has appeared that wasn’t there before. My parents informed this company and they have done nothing. More damage now exists than if my parents would have just let the termites have at it! This company is terrible. The fumigation was fine but they never told me to schedule Directv to come out as they turned my satellite dish totally around leaving me with no TV, had to pay Directv $50 to come out to fix the dish. They messed up my spark arrester on the chimney which took out my satellite dish after it fell to the ground, another $50 to Directv and had to have spark arrester completely replaced another $270, lots of shingles in the yard and am now finding bugs in the house, wouldn't recommend.
As long as you read the paperwork and follow the instructions, then it's all A1 service. I was ready, and the hard and friendly workers made sure to carefully carry out the process.
