I have three numbers for them and they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Everytime I have a phone appointment the ASSISTANT ALWAYS CALLS 15MINS BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT TIME AND IF U MISS THE CALL SHE DONT CALL U BACK. THEN TRYING TO REACH THEM IS A PAIN BECAUSE THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE. Overall horrible service. Ive been calling back to back non stop for 45mins all three numbers and NOTHING!!!!
I’ve been trying to work with them for almost a year and instead of getting help I get condescending remarks and tones of voice just for speaking up. I wasn’t informed I was having video conference calls and they put in their notes I avoided meetings when it was a clear misunderstanding due to lack of communication. Then immediately put me on meds but I really need to speak to someone, I only spoke to the therapist twice in over 9 months but they sure as hell have no problem prescribing medication instead of getting to the r... read more
I've been a patient at this location over a decade and I am not happy with their support staff. The doctors have always been very professional and I love what they have done. The receptionists have very bad attitudes whether it's over the phone or in person. They need to learn how to address their patients professionally instead of rude telephone etiquettes and hang-ups. Terrible office! They never answer the phone. The receptionist is extremely rude and the doctors do not listen to what your telling them is wrong, they also do not keep accurate documentation of appointments and the notes that go with them and will accuse you of lying when you insist that there information is not up to date or accurate. I’m switching doctors and I would advise no one else to waste their time with this office
