I’ve been trying to work with them for almost a year and instead of getting help I get condescending remarks and tones of voice just for speaking up. I wasn’t informed I was having video conference calls and they put in their notes I avoided meetings when it was a clear misunderstanding due to lack of communication. I've been a patient at this location over a decade and I am not happy with their support staff. The doctors have always been very professional and I love what they have done. The receptionists have very bad attitudes whether it's over the phone or in person. They need to learn how to address their patients professionally instead of rude telephone etiquettes and hang-ups. Terrible office! They never answer the phone. The receptionist is extremely rude and the doctors do not listen to what your telling them is wrong, they also do not keep accurate documentation of appointments and the notes that go with them and will accuse you of lying when you insist that there information is not up to date or accurate. I’m switching doctors and I would advise no one else to waste their time with this office
