When we walked into the exam room dr Riner was literally sleeping. We asked if we woke him,he said yes I was napping. He looked at us and asked why we were there. I said can you pull up her file and tell me how much the patient weighed at last visit. He slowly said, if I had her file. I asked the nurse at the counter,she came and told him he needed to log into his computer. I timed him, he had no idea how to log in. They keep canceling my appointment. Canceled 3 times in a row. They said they can't schedule me no more because they dont know when the doctor will be back after saying it can't be canceled no more and i have to be seen. Then another time i was hung up on because i was upset. All liars and lazy people here avoiding to do their job.

I just became a pt of the clinic. I was sent out for labs and had them done. My labs show that I have a potential life threatening condition and may lead to meningitis, or even sepsis fi left untreated. When I called the office to see if my provider needed to prescribe me medications or wanted to talk to me about the results, I was told by Anthony and another phone operator "were not urgent care and dont render urgent services, you need to go to ER or urgent care if thats what you need". ive been a medical assistant for 16 y... read more
