They keep canceling my appointment. Canceled 3 times in a row. They said they can't schedule me no more because they dont know when the doctor will be back after saying it can't be canceled no more and i have to be seen. Then another time i was hung up on because i was upset. All liars and lazy people here avoiding to do their job.

I just became a pt of the clinic. I was sent out for labs and had them done. My labs show that I have a potential life threatening condition and may lead to meningitis, or even sepsis fi left untreated. When I called the office to see if my provider needed to prescribe me medications or wanted to talk to me about the results, I was told by Anthony and another phone operator "were not urgent care and dont render urgent services, you need to go to ER or urgent care if thats what you need". ive been a medical assistant for 16 y... read more
Based on the reviews, this is ridiculous that they would not schedule appointments or keep want to make sure the patients are coming in or cancel within 15 minutes. It's hoping to find a cheap clinic cause i'm way overdue my Thyroid medicine and I just certainly need it cause I have no thyroid. If anyone sees my message.. I need a doctor to give me my prescription without lab test. Or I'm going to end up in the hospital next month. The doctor I went to that charged me 10 bucks for nothing.
