very nice and interesting
Great option for interesting vegan Chinese food in the Mission, they have menu items that are different then the typical Chinese fare. Appreciate that items are clearly labelled if they are vegan or can by made vegan. There are a good variety of options for vegan apps and mains. Got the vinegar peanuts which were really delicious, difficult to stop eating them, very addicting with the vinegar flavor. The mapo tofu with mushroom was good, not as spicy as expected. I visited solo and had the duck and tea. The duck was a bit salty, but the main issue was the service. It felt lackluster and unenthusiastic overall. It was quite frustrating to see the server being so attentive and energetic with the other table while giving me a very half-hearted service, despite there being only two tables in the place.
