This place is amazing—I’ve been coming here with my dad for years, and today I brought my boyfriend for his second visit. He loves it just as much as I do. I did happen to find a small bone in my sandwich—nothing terrible, I just bit into it—but I brought it to the front so they could replace it. The food and service were excellent. The atmosphere was a bit over the top. I had to wait for the cashier to finish singing the national anthem before I could order. I can definitely see how it could appeal to some people.
Went with my husband and son tonight. The staff at this location is phenomenal. They will make things right and treat you with the utmost respect and courtesy. The food is always fresh. Manager on shift during PM shift today was amazing!
We'd been in Arizona for a couple months and were very looking forward to our first MB experience since returning. Sadly, this was the first time in a looong time (ever?) that I ordered a pint of Mac and didn't get a pint. I could tell the guy filling the order was new because they had to tell him where the pint containers were. He scraped and scraped the bottom of the container but when that didn't fill the pint, he didn't grab the new container until after he shut my lid and moved my order on.
