Ordered lunch for my guys on a Monday for Thursday. Got an email 10 minutes before pickup time that the order was never confirmed. Got to the restaurant and they confirmed they never received it. They didn’t even hesitate for a second to get the ball rolling and started throwing the order together and it only took 10 minutes. Absolutely phenomenal service.
I usually dine at restaurant chains with low expectations because they always seem to have terrible customer service and mediocre food, but not Mission BBQ! As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was amazed by how awesome everything was! From the amazing customer service to the excellent food and awesome atmosphere, it was probably one of the greatest experiences I've ever had at a restaurant! 10/10 restaurant!!
The restaurant was clean and easy to access. The menu is clear with the price is visible with the options very legible and pretty average prices. However the portion for meat is small. I got the two different meats with the two sides. Very, very small portions for for meat. The cornbread was great. The Mac and cheese was a 5/10. Very much no love or effort just typical frozen and warmed up Mac and cheese style. No seasoning etc; the collard greens, 2 out of a 10.
