Muuuuuy bueno depende de lo que pides la carne está súper buena si la quieres jugosa o ligeramente más “seca”/dorada. Escuchan tus requerimientos y te ayudan. Sin duda alguna el brisket es nuestro favorito pero las costillas también son un éxito! Y la papa con crema y queso es un súper plus como acompañamiento para la carne. Buenísimo !
