REALLY AWESOME FOOD! The people are all so sweet! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the HANDMADE FRIES, BRISKET, PULLED CHICKEN... SO MUCH TO CHOOSE FROM! I REALLY like that all the meat comes WITHOUT sauce! At LEAST SEVEN OR EIGHT DIFFERENT SAUCES TO CHOOSE FROM! Personally, I didn't put anything on my pulled chicken because of the way it was seasoned SO WELL... It didn't need it! This is by far our favorite BBQ in Peoria now. Ribs are so tender they fall off the bone. Pulled pork and brisket are also equally tender and delicious. I love that they have salmon as an option, too. Green beans are too spicy for me, but I have no tolerance for spice. Love the mac and cheese and baked cheesy potatoes. Love their desserts, which are on a rotation. They also have roating Black Plate Specials. Have never had a bad meal there.
