I have been going to Mission since they arrived to Colorado Springs. Today I learned someone needs to be slapped for not telling me how good this salmon is!!!!!! I ate most of it before I took a picture but this salmon is so flavorful, it cannot be described. Considering going back for dinner. Its JUST that good. That is all.

I went in get to get my order . I order three meat sampler. For side I got Mac and cheese and coleslaw. I tasted the pull pork it has no flavor the brisket was tender but no flavor and the baby back rib was tender but no flavor all three meats had a very flat taste. I shouldn't have to put bbq sauce on my meats to make it taste like bbq. Bbq meat should have good taste that you don't need sauce on your meat. Great BBQ. We had the brisket, turkey, sausage and ribs. The traditional sausage is still pretty spicy. They have six types of sauce at the table. It was fun to try them all. My 7-year-old child liked the mac and cheese. My 9 year old liked the fries. The manager came over to welcome us in and talk to us about the barbecue, with discounts for future visits. They have a very patriotic theme. All of the branches at the military were represented.

Mission BBQ catered a lunch at an event I attended today. The food was amazing! The brisket, mac and cheese, baked beans, and cornbread was delicious! The green beans, though! Made with onion, bits of bacon, and seasoned perfectly, they reminded me of the ones my grandmother made. Definitely recommend!
