I came in for a simple oil change, routine inspection, and to have my AC and cigarette lighter checked—nothing more. Instead, this shop went ahead and performed a long list of major repairs I never authorized: replacing upper and lower front ball joints, inner and outer tie rods on both sides, and even rear shocks, and alignment.
