They are trying to provide services to all but unable to do so without an almost abusive system the way it is now set up. Walk in rules leave some with exceptionally long waiting times and possibility of not being seen even then. People are there because of concern for the pet that while sick also waits and then treatment delayed until can finally be seen in the future. Helpful for those that are seen.
