The main doctor here is crazy! Takes all the staff to the back, yells at them, 20 mins later comes and yells at a cat owner with a sick cat and kicks him out. Gave a woman that brought two dogs in the wrong one and had to come back mid drive home to get her dog swapped in. **If you care about your animals, do not go here**
This vet is the WORST vet I have ever been to. Please do not waste your time going here. Yesterday we brought our French bull dog for a c section. Mean while why we are waiting a couple runs in urgently with a deceased pregnant English bulldog asking for help to remove the puppies urgently. They said they had brought her in this morning and the vet told her everything was fine so that’s why they brought the dog straight to that vet for help. They let them sit in the waiting room for 3 min before telling them sorry they can’t... read more
This place is a disgrace! has no empathy what so ever.... We called in advance to bring our dog all the way from Cal city and they advised us to be at the hospital before 9pm.. Mind you our dog is very sick, he cant walk and is having serious life threatening issues. we checked in and got a number, just for the receptionists to say they would not see our pet.. There excuse was that the dr was no longer seeing patients even went as far as lieing say those that wore there was just for vaccines... This place have no heart... we... read more
