I was referred to this company last year when our HOA hired them to maintain the HVAC rooftop system for our loft building. Each unit still has a separate system to maintain, so I hired them to service my AC unit in my loft. I authorized them over the telephone for a service call and repairs up to $500 and instructed them to call me if it exceeded that amount. To my suprise I received an invoice for over $4,400!!!!! Great quality service from this company. Isse & Eric came out to service our A/C unit & were able to diagnose a 6-year problem w/ our A/C in this summer & fix the route of the issue. Great service & reliablity.. I definitely recommend.
