Extremely unreliable and unprofessional. After a month of back-and-forth just to schedule my pre-purchased microneedling session, I received a text at 9:45 PM the night before saying she could no longer see me—claiming she had "cleared her schedule to see me" when I also took off work for the service?? She then said we needed to find a time that worked for both of us. Lack of communication + unprofessional - will be getting a refund.
Dr. Shaw is amazing! She treated my low back after 4 months of chronic pain. And an year later she helped with with neck and wrist pain. She always fits me in when I call her with urgent pain. I normally leave her office levitating and able to sleep much better. Highly recommend!!!
Definitely recommend for treatments. Dr. Lalah is so kind and sincere. It helped me a lot. Even I wasn't there for tinnitus but her treatment helped my tinnitus. I can see my health improved right away after getting her treatment. Thank you so much.
