The customer service is excellent. The woman at the counter, Emily, is so friendly I want to make clones of her and start a call center. People would call in just to check in on her. The mechanics are skilled, knowledgeable, and most important to me, they will walk you through what's wrong with your vehicle slowly and explain it to you. Let me start with that Mission Accomplished as done great work for me and I am a repeating customer! They are close to Scott AFB, offer military discounts and in most cases you can get your car back the same day. They do jobs from as simple as an oil change to engine replacements. They have worked 2 of my cars, and Acura Integra GSR, they put in a bunch of aftermarket stuff I bought for it as well as some work to my lifted Cherokee. Last week I took my SUV to this place to have an O2 put on and while I was checking in my car I seen they did oil changes for pretty cheap. I normally do my own but since it was almost due and pretty cheap I thought "why not". Since the lady that was up front checking me in seemed nice, I am huge on customer service, I thought "my truck could use a couple tires and it is almost due for an oil change" so scheduled to drop it off when I picked up my car the next day.
