Do not recommend! Communication is horrible. They miss billing and do not resolve. We currently have 27,000.00 worth of checks we cannot cash and. they offer no way to resolve it. We are a non profit organization in the starter phases of our ABA company, we leaned on this agency as a new provider and hopes for finding an agency that can guide us and teach us how to manage our billing and we have learned more through google search, and calling insurances directly to find answers. I regret to say that my experience with this company has been highly unprofessional and not worth the investment. Throughout our contract, we encountered numerous issues, including delayed responses, billing discrepancies, and missing authorizations. When we requested a transition out on a specific date, they abruptly withdrew all services, leaving us in a difficult position. Overall, the lack of support and professionalism has been very disappointing.
