Too expensive lot rent Poor security the homeless can access park easily
Lived here 3 years Management lies and not be trustedtrytosel our place management t Saif rent and deposit was so high buyer backed out saying could not afford socostmesale So now stuck but will be moving n ot paying another dime tfor the rent the could of got their rent would of not liesdabout rent price and depositPeopllearenic ha very nice day Can't stand deceiving people If anyone buys would Golightly towers for answers not management tinkmay be trying to line her pockets.
Been living here 3 years and still haven't found this beautifully so called garden yet the manager lies and makes up things like crazy and people.also pay different lot rents and I will be going up every year and they could care less about the people whole live here steer clear
Edit: I go swimming in the pool of the owners house at night it is great but I wish we can during the day to get some sun on my cheeks. Owner will yell at you to get off their lawn during the day. Don’t believe these 5 star reviews! This place is a dump! Lot rent increasing every year by $50 or more! If you have a double wide it will be $200 on top of the increase. Other parks are a little more expensive for way more amenities. Stay clear of this dumpster fire…
