10 dollars before tax for two spring rolls? . This place tells you that they charge an 8% more than what the menu says (written in pen at the bottom of each menu) but then increase the price even more hoping no one will notice. The spring rolls say 8.50 on the menu, the price they charge you before tax is 10 dollars. 8.50 plus 8 percent is 9.18$. This is illegal under SB 478 and I will be contacting the BBB to report it.
