Our first time to this really cute diner!! We will be back!
The French fries are to die for! The best I ever had . I wanted to make a meal of just them.
Best breakfast I've had in a while. Staff and food were lovely.

I enjoy it because we don't have to wait in line during tourist season and it's easy to get to, parking is always available. Food is nothing special. The Front Room serve better food, but busy, parking is a problem, Becky's impossible to park and always a line, Egg an I food is ok, busy in Scarborough, and lines,not so much in Portland. I Hop always busy. Can't remember the name of place on Walton St., but I enjoy the most, more comfortable atmosphere and always parking.
I must have picked the right time, not too busy, fast friendly service. Really enjoyed the homemade hash, pancake was awesome. I even got to sit at the counter in the old dining car :). All in all a very positive and happy experience.
Sunday July 28th mid day 1:30 pm our 1st time in the dinner heard a lot good things about the place so it was our trip of the day from North Waterboro Maine .The host as we entered the dinner was very quick & friendly , happy to greet us. I mentioned this was our 1st time here. The host recommended the upper older part of the train dinner also gave us some interesting information on the place .
