I went to miss nails for the first time. I was referred to this place by a friend who goes to Renee. I didn't get her. The 2 people my daughter and I had didn't speak much English, so it was hard to communicate. The massage chairs were very old and used. I was not able to see the settings. The person who did my pedicure dug into the nail bed, and it hurt. When I got home, I noticed they caked on the gel, and it ran over the nail. This will probably peel off in the shower today. The work is great, but my fiancé was set at 3 and SAT for 2 HOURS until she got started. Not sure if it was a rush problem but seem to be unorganized and not care about their costumers nor their service towards them.
