Horrible experience! If I could give this place 0 stars I would, literally came not even two weeks ago to get white dipping powder nails, 4 nails broke off the very next day. When I came to get these nails replaced, Sky (the nail tech) was upset pulling my hand while he was re-doing them and when he finished he said "go now" not a single "we apologize, we'll make sure this doesn't happen again."
