Great welcoming gym, that makes everyone feel comfortable and welcoming. Instructors create variety of workouts to keep everyone interested, but pushed to grow in strength and fitness.
Great local gym. Friendly staffs and kind members who always motivate me to work for my health goals.
I joined Miss Motivator in January and did the 8 week Reboot,since joining I have achieved great results I feel stronger and healthier than I have in a very long time,the support that I have received and continue to receive has made my fitness journey more rewarding and I have met some wonderful like minded women who have become good friends.Joining Miss Motivator has been the best thing I have done for myself and is now a big part of my life and I will continue to put the effort in so I get the best of me.
