Our house was very clean and was supplied with amenities that were needed. We did not have a grill and when we asked they delivered a new grill with cooking utinsels. We had a great experience and will definitely be back.

The house was very clean spacious right on the water and Far enough out of town but close enough to town to get your supplies I would highly recommend it

Stayed 4 days at Sand Bar over 4th of July weekend. First night there, guest shower had no hot water, carports did not work, kitchen sink had no water, I called customer service the next at 8AM to report issue to be assured that it would be take care of. I called back several hours later only to be told that no work order had been entered. I then requested to be done ASAP. After much haggling a maintenance worker showed up for a total of 15 mins and stated that a plumber was needed and probably would not be out until Monday(... read more
Our condo was exactly as the pictures described. We had everything we needed. The balcony was spacious. We would definitely stay here again.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! It was quiet and peaceful and the room was incredibly spacious and clean. The view from the balcony was gorgeous, and it was located right down the road from Rockport Beach. We will be returning again soon!
