We have used this company many times. On our last trip during a fishing tournament the house we rented was broke into and our fishing poles and yeti ice chest was stolen. Luckily we didn't unload everything and were the first to arrive. I filed a police report and contacted the office and they came over with a $20 ice chest and some beer and told us to get in touch with them the next week. Rockport usually is a very safe town, and it is disturbing to us and the good people of Rockport when we hear of crimes such as this being committed and especially on our tourists. When you called our office to report the theft, you mentioned that to top it all off, the thieves had not only taken your yeti cooler, but also took all the beer that was in it. RecommendedWe stayed in El Gato Grande. The views were breathtaking. We had our own personal dock and the fish were biting. We were able to accommodate all of our party for a memorable fish fry family style dinner. Miss Kitty's booked a fishing trip with the guys at P2 Outfitters and it was a first class experience. Needless to say, we can't wait to do it all again next year. Thanks for a wonderful time!!!!

This is our 2nd time to rent from miss kittys and it's disappointing. Our welcome party was 3 huge cockroaches on the kitchen counter! Something has eaten the wallpaper, rat trap under the server, old appliances. Not sure why they charge a cleaning fee because this house is not clean! We have pics well! Blue Heron is the house, $800 for 3 nights! Feeling ripped off here!

Writing this review for my sister who stayed here for her wedding and honeymoon because after dealing with them the entire trip, this is one less thing she should have to do. Upon walking up to the what should've been a magical wedding and honeymoon getaway (kitty by the sea), the smell from built up seaweed and lack of maintenance was horrendous. Poor management. My family rented the Summer House for the weekend. The house was very nice and clean. We were ready for a relaxing weekend. Until we started cooking and the CO detector started to alarm very loud at 10:00 PM, called maintenance, couldn't resolve. Ended up not being able to use the stove all weekend (after purchasing groceries) Also unable to sleep with windows open because there were NO screens (huge safety issue) the thermostat would not allow us to set below 70.
